Woks This Way is the latest in a line of successful food ventures for Kitty.
Starting as a chef in England at an award-winning vegetarian café, she took this knowledge back to Thailand where she opened her own restaurants and then spent a couple of years in Italy to explore what all the fuss was about with pasta. Kitty then accepted a position at a JW Marriott hotel in Turkey before finally completing the circle to return to England….and the picturesque town of Helmsley.
Woks This Way is an outlet for Kitty, from her other “chef commitments”, to prepare authentic Thai and Asian food. Cooking from the heart has always been her approach to her cuisine and nothing pleases her more than happy customers….
