The popular Sitting Room Comedy Club – recommended by The Independent, The Guardian, Time Out and Chortle – returns to Helmsley with four more of the country’s finest comedians.
Simultaneously down-to- earth and out of this world, comedic tour-de-force Justin Moorhouse headlines September’s show. A regular face on television – and voice on radio – Justin has notched up credits on Live at the Apollo, Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow, Phoenix Nights, Dave’s One Night Stand, 8 Out of 10 Cats and Alan Davies: As Yet Untitled.
Justin will be joined by New Act of the Year (formerly Hackney Empire) winner Paul F Taylor. One of the UK’s most original and distinctive stand-up performers, Paul’s unique brand of humour fuses quirky offbeat one-liners with surreal and observational flights of fancy to fantastical effect.
Musical Comedy Awards winner, Will Hislop, and So You Think You’re Funny? finalist, Tom Taylor, complete the line-up.
