Come and experience the power of your breath, be still and soften into the presence and wisdom of the body.
Breathe & Flow is a 60 minute breathwork and meditation session (£18); incorporating grounding exercises, intention setting, meditation and 35 mins of slow, circular breathing to music. It is partially guided, allowing the breather to self guide during the music section. It is a gentle but powerful reset and relaxation session, perfect for stress and resetting the nervous system.
Please bring:
— a yoga mat & pillow
— a jumper or blanket
— a bottle of water
— a Journal and pen for reflection and integration
